- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, No call, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- ACLS and BLS required
- 2 - 6 patients per day
- Physician only sees new patients, does reads, and supervise mid-levels
- Credentialing not needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
- Competitive compensation
