Practice Details
Inpatient and outpatient management of advanced heart failure patients
Shared responsibility for LVAD evaluations, implants, and longitudinal care
Full support from advanced imaging, cardiac rehab, and dedicated HF APPs
Call is shared and manageable with support from general cardiology

Compensation & Benefits
$750k+ base salary
