The position requires providing comprehensive cardiovascular care during night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, seven days per week. The clinician performs onsite rounding and consultations while serving as first call coverage for the Interventional Cardiologist. The role involves managing 20-50 rounding cases and consultations per shift, requiring board certification and prescriptive authority. Call responsibilities include immediate response to cardiovascular emergencies and coordination with the Interventional Cardiologist for complex procedures.
