Critical Care Hospital Based job located in Florida

ICC (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking an experienced acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join HCA Florida Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee, FL.

Qualified Candidates:

• Acute care certification required for NPs;  experience in the ICU for PAs
• 18-bed ICU – medical and surgical
• 24/7 coverage – 1 MD - day/ 1 APP night with MD call coverage
• Fulltime (13 shifts/mo) - nights only 7 pm - 7 am
• APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, thoracentesis, intubations and management of mechanical ventilation
• flexible block scheduling
• Experienced candidates required, Autonomous APP with MD on call for support
• Opportunity to support other ICU programs in the area for variety: JFK Main and JFK North
