ICU Physician Locums Job in Indiana

Details/Requirements:
--July 1st and ongoing until fully staffed
--Three providers during the dayshift
--7am-5pm, 12pm-10 pm covering ICU
--7am - 5pm covering pulmonary consults
--Night 1 provider 7pm - 7am
--Approximately 30 ICU beds
--Trauma Level 2
--Patients per day: 12-14 / 1 APP
--Closed ICU
--Allscript EMR
