The hospital has under 300 beds, including a 25-bed mixed ICU, and offers full subspecialty support with over 50 pediatric subspecialties, including both a Pediatric ICU and NICU. It is a Level IV Trauma Center, providing comprehensive critical care services.

The facility is located in southern New Mexico.

The position offers both day and night shifts with a patient load of 815 per day. The patient mix includes medical, surgical, and cardiac cases, with attendings responding to codes and telemedicine support available during the night.
