--Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days
--Trauma Level Facility: 4
Required procedures:
--General Anesthesia
--Adult
--Spinal Anesthesia
--Epidural Anesthesia
--Regional Anesthesia Surgery
--Obstetrical Cases
--Neurosurgical cases: Spine
--Thoracic cases (except open heart)
--Complex orthopedic cases
--Post-op epidural
--Post-op extremity blocks
--Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks
--Ventilation management
--Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
