Seeking a Locum CRNA to start 12/3/2025

--7a–7p:
   12/3–12/5, 12/15–12/17, 12/20–12/21, 12/29–12/31, 1/2, 1/5–1/6, 1/10–1/11
--3p–11p:
  12/8–12/12, 12/22–12/24, 12/26
--Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center
--50-60 cases per day
--Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
--EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
--Required: AZ license or able to obtain before start date, NBCRNA, BLS or ACLS
--Must have recent hospital experience.
