--November 10–14 (Wed)
--November 24-28 (M, F-Sun)
--November  24–28 (T, Th)
--December 22–26 (Tues, Thurs)
--January 5–9 (Mon, Fri–Sun)
--January 26–30 (Mon, Fri–Sun)
--February 2–6 (Wed)
--February 9–13 (Tues, Thurs)
--February 16–20 (Wed)

Details/Requirements:
--Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
--Call on nights and weekends
--CRNAs are supervised here with great autonomy
--Case Mix: General, Ortho, OB, Peds, GI, Blocks
--Critical Access Hospital - Less than 30 beds 
--EMR: Epic
