CRNA Hospital Based job located in Colorado

Seeking a locum CRNA to help fill gaps in coverage 
• Facility 1 (7a–5p):
June 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 30
• Facility 1 (7a–7p):
June 9, 10, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23, 30
• Ongoing dates will be determined as schedules are released.
•  No call coverage is needed
• 10, 12, and 14 hour shifts during the day, all starts are 7a.
• Setting: Inpatient
• Trauma Level I
• Required Procedures: CRNA working under Anesthesiologist, Epidurals. 
• Facility 1 case types: Ortho, General surgery, Neurosurgery, and urology
• Facility 2 case types: Ortho, spine, and neuro
• EMR: EPIC
• 3 types of Practice Models: Medically Directed, Medically Supervised, and Independent. Supervisory Model with an anesthesiologist supervising up to 4 CRNAs at once. The physicians perform the blocks, so no other bedside procedures would be performed
• Required: NBCRNA, CO license, ACLS, BLS, 2 years minimum experience as a CRNA including epidurals, clean background, EMR training
• Must be willing to cover a minimum of 6-8 shifts per month
