Join a tight-knit anesthesia team at a modern 25-bed critical access hospital near Steamboat Springs—where CRNAs practice independently, keep a predictable schedule, and still have time to actually enjoy the mountains.
This role is built for long-term sustainability, strong compensation, and a life outside the OR.
Opportunity Highlights:
4-day predictable schedule with true work-life balance.
$288,000 W-2 compensation plus full benefits.
6 weeks PTO and $7,500 CME.
Limited call with shared Friday coverage (2/month).
Broad case mix including General Surgery, Ortho, Pain, ENT, GYN, Dental, and Ophthalmology.
