Position Outline:
Consistent Schedule: 4-day workweek built for balance.
Compensation: $288,000 W-2 plus comprehensive benefits.
Time Off: 6 weeks PTO + $7,500 CME.
Call: Shared Friday coverage only (about two per month).
Case Variety: General, Ortho, Pain, ENT, GYN, Dental, and Ophthalmology.
