75th percentile base salary with a highly competitive total compensation package.

4-day workweek designed for real balance.

Shared call (Fridays only, ~2 per month).

Broad case mix: General, Orthopedics, Pain, ENT, GYN, Dental, and Ophthalmology.

6 weeks PTO + $7,500 CME allowance.
