CRNA Hospital Based job located in Florida

Miami, FL facility seeking a Locum CRNA
--Monday to Friday; 10s and/or 12s 
--Trauma Level I
--Types of Cases: Robotics, Gen. Surgery (a lot of laps), Neuro, Spines, Burns, Plastics, GYN, OB (not much of it), Trauma, Vascular, Ortho, Healthy Peds. No hearts. 
--Majority Case Type: Gen. Surgery, Robotics,Ortho
--OB Delivery Average /Month: 200
-- # of Operating Rooms: 15 ORs, 4 endo, 2 cath, 2 OB
--EMR: Ipro
--Minimum Number of shifts per month: 16 plus weekend call 
--Weekend call is required 2 weekend days per month (one Saturday and one Sunday). 
--CRNA will be in a call order as follows, they will cycle though 2nd,3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th call. It's beeper call but you will almost always need to go to the hospital for morning cases on Saturday or Sunday and depending which # you are determines how long you are on call. 2nd and 3rd are 24 hour, 4th is 14 hours, 5th and 6th are 10 hours. Once the cases are complete on Sat and Sun the CRNA's go home, 6th goes first and down the line. The 4th, 5th, 6th never get called back in after they leave for the day but they are technically on beeper call until their hours are up. The 2nd and 3rd are on beeper the entire day and night after they leave for the day. 
--Required: NBCRNA, 2 years minimum experience, FL license, clean background, ACLS, BLS, PALS
