CRNA Hospital Based job located in Florida

45 minutes from Jacksonville area facility 
seeking a Locum CRNA to start late March/Early April 
--Monday - Friday; 5- 8’s only; 7a-3p
--No call, no weekends
--Rotating between surgery center 1-2 days a week, Hospital 3-4 days a week. 
--Most likely float between facilities (not more than a 20 minute drive) 
--Care team model : It's  always at a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio (never higher than 4).
--None have Trauma designation
--If they’re working at one of our other hospitals, some have ASCs nearby that may allow for some split shifts from time to time.
--This is a new building. 
--Surgery Center-100% Ortho. Hospitals-Ortho, General, GYN, GI, Urology, Podiatry, ENT, Neuro
--Majority Case Type: Gen. Surgery, Ortho
--Candiate will be cross credentialed at 4 sites
--Required: NBCRNA, FL license, ACLS, BLS, must have open availability
