CRNA Hospital Based job located in Florida

Central Florida - 1 hour from Orlando facility
seeking a Locum CRNA as soon as credentialed
--Shift Days: Need CRNA to help with call rotation. Call is all IN HOUSE. On average 2 shifts every 6 weeks for call: weekend in house: 10s. 12, 14s; weekday needs in house: 12s, 13s, 14s and the 3p-11p shift M-F.
--On average 2 shifts every 6 weeks for call, 1 weekday 3:30p-7a and 1 weekend day shift 7a-7p, need 14 hour shifts during the week, may take 13s
--Types of Cases: Cardiac, Orthopedics, General, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, and Trauma.
--No Peds and No OB.
--CRNAs perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals and central and arterial line placement.
--ACT: 19 Physicians and 28 APPs covering two hospitals
--% of supervising vs. own cases: 90% Supervision, 1:4
--Annual Case Volume: 12K annually between the two sites Cardiac Volume: 700 hearts per year. Teaching facility: Yes
--Required Procedures: General to Trauma/will consider non-trauma CRNAs for general cases.
--Trauma Designation: Level 1 Trauma Center
--# of Operating Rooms: 15
--EMR: iProcedures
--Required: FL license, ACLS, BLS, clean background
--Must have Trauma experience
--Must be proficient in regional blocks, spinals and central and arterial line placement.
--Must be available to work weekends
