The CRNA will provide anesthesia services during 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Board certification is required for this position with no call responsibilities including in-house, weeknight pager, weekend pager, or holiday call. The clinician will work within a supervised model where MDs provide medical direction at a 1:4 ratio across 22 anesthesia rooms. The position involves comprehensive anesthesia care with MDs focusing on supervision rather than performing individual cases.
