--Specific November dates: November 6, 13, 20, 24, 25 (site prefers a drive-in candidate for these dates)
--December dates: December 1–5, 8–13, 17–19
--Scheduled clinical hours only
--Board Eligible or Board Certified
--ACLS certification
--Hawaii APRN license required
--Practice Setting: Outpatient
--Procedures: Colonoscopy and EGDs
--Expected surgical types: Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic
--EMR: GMED
--Credentialing timeframe: 30 days
