DATES NEEDED Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)  

• July / Aug start
• Mon – Thurs 7a-5p
• No call or weekends required
   

• Location: Morrison, IL
• General and ENT (Healthy peds)
• Patient Volume: varies by room roughly 4-8/day
• Long term, ongoing contract
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)  

• A++ Malpractice Insurance provided
• Full travel accommodations provided
• Target pay rate: $230/hr + travel
• Weekly direct deposit and online work logs
