Job Details

• Seeking a CRNA to provide coverage as a full time locums at an outpatient surgery facility in Illinois starting October 2025.
• Schedule Requirements:
  • Monday - Friday (40 hrs/week)
  • Shift times7a-330p, but some cases start at6a
    • Pay will begin at clock-in
  • No call
  • No weekends
• EMR: Medaxion
• 3MDs and 3CRNAs scheduled every day
  • MD onsite, no supervision
• 3,700 cases annually
• Procedures Required:
  • Proficiency in brachial plexus spinals, truncal and lower extremity blocks.
  • Techniques include spinal, interscalene, adductor, and popliteal
• Credentialingtimeline: ~60-90 days
  • Temps/emergency privileges - AVAILABLE

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• IL Active license - REQUIRED
• BLS/ACLS/PALS - REQUIRED
• Caselogs of epidurals, spinals, blocks - REQUIRED
