The position offers approximately 15 shifts per month, consisting of 24-hour on-call coverage for both OB and general cases. Case types include obstetrics, general surgery, limited orthopedics, urology, plastics, and GI procedures, with an average of 6-20 cases per day. The site utilizes Cerner EMR and offers a well-organized support team to ensure smooth daily operations. Travel and lodging are fully reimbursed within policy limits, including capped flight, rental car, and lodging expenses. Credentialing typically takes about four months, and temporary privileges are available to expedite the start.
