Job Details

• Seeking CRNAs to provide ongoing locums coverage at multispecialty facility in Indiana starting October 2025.
• Schedule Requirements:
  • Day shift 7a-3p
  • Call shifts3p-7a
    • 1 weekday call per week (combo of primary and secondary call) and either 5p or 7p room per week
    • Response Time: 30 mins
• EMR: EPIC
• 1-2MDs and 6CRNAs scheduled every day
  • Supervision: MDs onsite (little to no supervision)
• 6 ORs
• 2 Endo Rooms
• 1 Cath Lab
• 1 IR Room
• Procedures Required:
  • General, ortho (mostly spine), urology, opthamology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB
  • Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals
• Credentialingtimeline: ~60-90 days
  • Temps/emergency privileges - AVAILABLE with clear background/malpractice history and an active, unrestricted license

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified CRNA - REQUIRED
• IN Active license - REQUIRED
• BLS/ACLS/PALS (must be AHA certified) - REQUIRED
• Caselogs of epidurals, spinals, blocks - REQUIRED
