Shift & Call Details: 
Independent 1 OR room
~7am - 3pm

No Call
No Holidays
No expected OT

Credentialing Timeframe:  ~2 weeks can get done faster to fill

Job Details:

• Setting: ASC
• Patient Volume: 3-6
• Caset type: Ortho, Total Joints and Sports Medicine Orthopedics, Podiatry some plastic surgery procedures.
• EMR: Paper
• Client Requirements: Blocks done by MDA but may be asked to asist, Independent, comfortable with most case types, no supervision
• Travel Accommodations: Drive in preferred

• Pay Rate: 
• Bill Rate: Target $250, but knows it will be higher and will accept
• Name Clear Process: Clear with Jack, if familiar with Apollo
• Sub Process: Submit to Jack and he will vet out within 24-48hrs
