Job Description
Enjoy no call, a great lifestyle, and strong compensation while providing needed pain medicine services to the community. Lead the anesthesia department as they develop their surgical program. No call, ER coverage, and a flexible schedule allows you time to enjoy the community and recreational opportunities in the area.
The opportunity:
Practice independently providing pain medicine and work with hospital leadership as they grow their surgical program.
4-day work week with 32 clinical hours, no call and no ER coverage provides extraordinary work/life balance.
Strong referral base with a collaborative group of physicians and APPs, including at two outlying health clinics.
Ability to pick up call shifts in nearby communities.
Compensation Details:
Ongoing base salary up to $325K+ depending on experience.
Retention bonus and student loan incentives available, up to $30K per year.
7+ weeks of PTO, 40+ hour of CME with $4,000 stipend.
