This busy Level 2 Trauma Center provides comprehensive anesthesia services requiring CRNA coverage support. The facility maintains established protocols for diverse surgical specialties designed to support quality patient care delivery.

Lafayette features several notable attractions including the recreated village Vermilionville as the top destination, along with the Acadian Village and various museums such as the Children's Museum of Acadiana. The CRNA will provide anesthesia services during 8-hour day shifts managing bread and butter cases including orthopedic, endoscopy, and general surgical procedures. OB coverage is available for clinicians who prefer obstetric cases. The position operates under medical direction with no call requirements and board certification is required. Credentialing timeframe is 60-90 days with possible temporary privileges available.
