They highly prefer someone willing to take second call, which runs Monday to Friday from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. and weekends from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m. The ideal schedule is five 8-hour shifts, with candidates comfortable in OB and pediatrics, and an estimated start date about 90 days out, depending on credentialing.
