CRNA Locums Job in Michigan | Full Time Coverage Ongoing ASAP | Assignment # 110235

Coverage Needed: Full time coverage ongoing ASAP 

Shift Description:  
--Monday – Friday, 7am-5:30pm - must be available for these times 
--Must be available full-time for (4) 10-hour shifts weekly 

Requirements:   
--Board Certified CRNA 
--Active Michigan license 
--Clean Background 
--BLS, ACLS, PALS 
--At least one year of level 1 trauma experience and must be listed out on CV clearly (no new graduates) 
--Local providers – highly preferred  
--Required procedures: general surgical cases (adult and pediatric), MRI, endoscopy, IR, EP lab, IV regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, neurosurgical cases, ventilation management, arterial and central line placement

Assignment Details:  
--Number of providers needed: three full time CRNA 
--Reason for coverage: expansion 
--Practice setting: hospital-based 
--EMR: Epic 
--Supervision model: ACT Care-team model; anesthesiologists present at induction, emergence, and key intervals during case 
--Average number of surgical cases per day: 60  
--Trauma level: 1 
--Operating room staff: collegial team environment 
--Number of operating rooms: 25 
--Patient demographics: few pediatric cases; primarily adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients 
--Credentialing: 60-120 days
