Job Details

• Seeking locums CRNAs to provide ongoing weekly coverage at a surgery center in Michigan starting September 2025.
• Schedule Requirements:
  • Specific dates available starting in September 2025, contact our recruiter for specifics
  • Shift times: 7a-3p Monday - Friday
  • No call, no weekends
• Procedures Required:
  • General, Ortho, and Joint Replacements
  • Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals
  • Caselogs required for proof of blocks (ISB, supraclavicular, intermediate cervical plexus (for clavicles), maybe axillary, pop, ACB, potentially IPac and geniculars
• Site Details:
  • EMR: SIS
  • 4 providers scheduled every day
  • MDs dco preops, run boards, supervise, and could go in a room. If in a room, surgeon is the supervisor of CRNAs. CRNAs are in a room.
  • 3 ORs
• Credentialingtimeline: ~60-90 days
  • Temps/emergency privileges - AVAILABLE with clear background/malpractice history and an active, unrestricted license

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• MI Active license - REQUIRED
• Caselogs of epidurals, blocks (Provider must have OB cases in the 12 months) - REQUIRED
