CRNA Hospital Based job located in Michigan

Hospital is seeking locum BC CRNA to provide coverage
- Must be able to float between two locations, typically informed the day before if reassigned
- Most providers work 8- or 10-hour shifts, but open to 12-hour, 16-hour, or 24-hour shifts
- Later shifts (3 p.m. – 11 p.m.) and weekend shifts are available
- 40-hour guarantee is an option
- No heart cases; primarily neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases
- Limited pediatric cases, but mostly standard procedures
- 36-46 total cases per day between the two locations; 15-20 cases per site
- Supervised CRNA model (4:1 ratio); most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia
- CRNAs are responsible for their own arterial line placements
- Required: Active MI license, PALS, ACLS/BLS through AHA, flu vaccine, clean background
