Details:
Join a close-knit team of 8 CRNAs at an award-winning hospital just outside the Twin Cities
1:4 MDA-to-CRNA medical direction practice model
Enjoy flexible scheduling options with 8 or 10 shifts available
1:8 call rotation with the flexibility to "peel off" two half days around your call shift for added balance
Diverse case mix including general surgery, gynecology, podiatry, a high-volume total joint program, urology, ophthalmology, and endoscopy. (No heads/hearts/peds)
Work alongside exceptional surgeons in a collaborative, family-like environment where support and teamwork are a priority
Opportunity to teach and mentor CRNA students during their clinical rotations at the facility
Compensation/Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $300,000 to $320,000, commensurate with experience and added on-call / call-back time
Option to take on extra call shifts if desired
Sign on bonus, Training stipend, Relocation support, CME stipend
Enjoy 37 days off annually, plus an additional 10 days through the "Caregiver Benefit" to support family-related needs
