CRNA Hospital Based job located in Missouri

(Login for Information) (BRHC), located in Sedalia, Missouri, just one hour between Kansas City and Columbia (home of the University of Missouri), is offering an excellent CRNA opportunity.

• 2 BC Anesthesiologists /5 CRNA team; Purpose of recruitment is to increase to an 7 CRNA team.
• 1:8 primary call and 1:8 backup; Backup call is one week at a time with rare call back.
• Must be within a 30-minute response time while on call and most take call from home.
• 108 bed hospital with 5 OR suites and a separate C-section suite, 2 Endoscopy suites.
• Omnicell in each room
  • Base Pay: $250,000 year W2 plus call pay (with 1:7 staffing =  = 3
  • 1st call=800.00/Weekday
  • 1st call=1200.00/Weekend day
  • 2nd Call=160.00/Weekday
  • 2nd Call=240.00/Weekend day
  • 1:7 staffing = $307,051 total comp annually, on average
• Primary post-call day off or paid at base pay hourly rate for hours worked (min 2 hr pay). If at work after 2300 the night before, guaranteed post-call day off.
• 3200 OR cases per year.
  • 26% Inpatient cases. 74% Outpatient cases.
  • General Surgery, OB/Gyn, ENT, Ortho, Urology and Endoscopy
  • Most cases finished by 3pm
• 480 deliveries per year. 
  • 34 % C/S rate, 22% primary C/S
  • 62% of patients choose to have Epidurals
• CRNA provides primary coverage when taking primary call
• Neuraxial & regional skills required.  Expertise with Ultrasound guided techniques preferred
• No Hearts, Heads, or Backs.
• PTO of 9.4 weeks annually
