This 25-bed critical access hospital in Montana's High Plains is built for providers who want independence, consistency, and true time away from work.
Position Outline:
Schedule: 2 weeks on / 1 week off — about 85 days off annually.
Compensation: Competitive base + wRVU incentives.
Incentives: $40,000 sign-on & relocation + $50,000 student loan repayment.
Case Mix: General, Ortho, OB, Urology, ENT, with minimal Pediatrics.
Streamlined practice supported by Epic EMR.
