CRNA - Anesthesia Locums Job in Indiana | FTE | ASAP – September 30, 2025 | Assignment #110584

Shift Details:  
--Ongoing coverage needed for September – October dates (not limited to specific start/end dates)

Requirements: 
--NBCRNA Certified - required 
--Nebraska license - can consider providers who need to obtain  
--Clean malpractice/background - highly preferred 
--Epic experience - highly preferred 

Assignment Details:
--Trauma/Academic Center Level: 1 
--Beds: 187 
--Setting: 9 ORs in main, 3 endoscopy suites, 2 EP Lab / TEE / Neuro IR / Bronch / MRI Lines 
--Practice EMR: EPIC 
--Credentialling Timeframe: 60-90 days 
--Involved Cases: general, urology, trauma, neuro, gyn, gyn-onc, ortho, ortho trauma, gen EP, GI.  
--Bread and butter cases with emphasis on spine, bariatric and ortho. 
--Team based practice with excellent support from current clinicians (Team model with an anesthesiologist working with up to 4 CRNAs.  collegial atmosphere. Great department morale.)
