Full-time with Call Coverage

Dates & Required Availability:
Start ASAP
8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available

Shift & Call Details: 
1:10 call typically no SOC

Credentialing Timeframe:  8 weeks

Job Details:

• Setting: OP/IP
• Patient Volume: 4
• Required Procedures: Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing regional blocks. No block training will be provided.
• APP Support/Supervision: 
• EMR: Cerner
• Client Requirements: cannot live within 60 miles of facility, Provider must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call
• Travel Accommodations: Hotel, Mileage, and flight, Travel per CHS policy

Additional Details:

• Pay Rate: $225 Target
• Bill Rate: Regular Rate not to exceed $290/hour (They are considering higher if they must)
  OT Rate not to exceed $320/hour
  Call Rates not to exceed $600 per weeknight and $1200 per 24-hour weekend and holiday
