A busy hospital is seeking a CRNA for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Oceanside, NY.
This position begins on July 1 and is ongoing, offering flexible shift lengthsideally 10s and 12s, but 16s and 24s can be accommodated. Weekend shifts are available, though candidates working 24-hour or weekend shifts must be comfortable with OB. The role involves in-house call, with 6070% of coverage focused on supervising a CRNA overnight for L&D and the OR, and the remaining 30% dedicated to L&D only. Medical supervision is required, with a focus on OB cases at a Level 2 trauma center, though traumas are rare. The facility averages 2,200 deliveries annually with 6 birthing rooms and 2 ORs. Candidates must hold an active New York license and meet all EHS requirements.
