The hospital facility operates with a staffing model consisting of 1 MD on staff working alongside multiple CRNAs to provide comprehensive anesthesia services. The facility maintains an inpatient focus with variable case volumes that require flexible anesthesia coverage throughout standard business hours. Credentialing processes are established with an approximate timeframe of 30-45 days for completion.

The CRNA position requires working 4-5 days per week with 10.5-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday with no weekend coverage. Case volume varies considerably throughout the day, with possibilities ranging from managing 1 patient for the entire shift to seeing 1 patient every 35-45 minutes, typically averaging 4 cases per shift. Board certification and prescriptive authority are mandatory requirements for this role. The credentialing process takes approximately 30-45 days, and no call responsibilities are associated with this position.
