Hospital Location: York, PA
Trauma Level: 1
Reason for opening: Additional Volume
Setting: Inpatient
Start: February 2 - September 30
Shift: 4/10 - hour shifts plus 30 minute lunch
Call: None
Cases: EP/Cath Lab, Neuro, Ortho, Robotics, GYN, and GI Suite experience is preferred. Labor epidurals and ECT cases are performed by CRNAs. Locums are not assigned to these cases
License: PA - no IMLC at this time
Medically Directed: yes but also supplement with personally performed MD cases, when needed.
Staff: There are 16 employed anesthesiologists & 52 employed CRNAs at this location
CPR: ACLS BLS & PALS certifications
Codes: A CRNA responds to every code team and airway page. Locums are not typically assigned this responsibility.
