This Level 3 Trauma Center provides comprehensive surgical services with established anesthesia protocols designed to support quality patient care delivery across multiple specialties. The facility operates under a medical direction model with a 1:4 staffing ratio and maintains modern capabilities for diverse case management ranging from routine procedures to complex surgical interventions.

The Tri-Cities area of Tennessee offers a blend of outdoor adventure and cultural history nestled in the Appalachian Mountains. Thrill-seekers can visit the iconic Bristol Motor Speedway, while nature lovers explore Bays Mountain Park and Warriors' Path State Park. The CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during Monday through Friday day shifts under medical direction in a 1:4 staffing model. The clinician will manage diverse surgical cases including general surgery, orthopedic procedures, obstetrics, gastrointestinal surgery, plastic surgery, urology, vascular surgery, gynecology, pulmonary procedures, robotics, and oncology cases. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for this position. Call requirements are negotiable based on facility needs.
