This facility serves as a Level III Trauma Center located in northeastern West Virginia, providing comprehensive surgical services across multiple specialties. The anesthesia department maintains a collaborative staffing model with 7 medical directors overseeing 30 full-time and part-time CRNAs. The facility handles approximately 50 cases daily in the main operating room with modern equipment and comprehensive support services.

Northeastern West Virginia offers diverse outdoor recreation opportunities including multiple ski resorts, state parks featuring waterfalls, and extensive hiking and biking trails along regional waterways. The area provides access to underground caverns, historic sites, and extreme sports activities throughout the region. Cultural attractions include performing arts venues and recreational facilities including some of the nation's historic golf establishments.

The clinician will provide anesthesia services working 8 or 10 hour day shifts with optional call coverage. Responsibilities include managing anesthesia care for diverse surgical cases including general, robotic, bariatric, vascular, thoracic, neurosurgery, gynecology, urology, orthopedic, ENT, healthy pediatric dental, and obstetric procedures. The position operates under medical direction with board certification required. Call participation is encouraged but negotiable based on clinician preference.
