Job Description

The Clinical Research Investigator supervises clinical studies in which some study tasks are delegated to employees, colleagues or third parties to protect the rights, safety, and welfare of study subjects. The Clinical Research Investigator - PI? is responsible for executing study protocol and ensure participant safety according to ALCOA and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles. A Clinical Research Investigator is responsible in conducting dermatology clinical trials by determining participant eligibility, performing patient assessments, physical exams, and other protocol-specific tasks.

Essential job Functions:

· Must complete training and maintain certification of GCP.

· Compliance with Regulations: Ensure adherence to all GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and study protocols throughout the trial.

· Patient Evaluation and Enrollment: Screen potential patients for eligibility in clinical trials, conduct thorough dermatological examinations, and obtain informed consent according to study protocols.

· Data Collection: Accurately collect and record patient data including medical history, skin findings, adverse events, serios adverse events and treatment response, following study protocols.

· Treatment Administration: Administer study medications or treatments to participants as per protocol design, including topical applications, biologics, injections, or light therapies.

· Safety Monitoring: Closely monitor participants for protocol adherence and safety profile.

· Collaboration with Research Team: Work closely with Sub Investigators, research coordinators, and other study staff to facilitate smooth trial execution and data integrity.

· Communication with Participants: Clearly explain study details, treatment options, and potential risks to participants, maintain open communication and building rapport.

Education, Knowledge and Experience:

· Medical Degree: Active and Clear medical doctor license in the state of Florida.

· Board Certified Dermatology.

· Clinical Research Experience: Prior experience in conducting clinical trials, understanding of GCP guidelines, and familiarity with clinical research methodologies.

· Dermatological Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various dermatological conditions, diagnostic techniques, and treatment modalities relevant to the study.

· Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with patients, study team members, and sponsors.

· Attention to Detail: Meticulous data collection and documentation skills, ensuring accuracy and completeness of study records.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $120.00 per hour
