We’re seeking an experienced General Dermatologist and a MOHS Surgeon to join our established, patient-focused team. You’ll have the support of strong leadership, advanced technology, and a collaborative environment that truly values work-life balance.
Position Highlights
- Full-time, employed position (M–F, 8 AM–5 PM)
- ~25 patients per day
- General, Cosmetic, MOHS, and Pediatric Dermatology experience welcome
- No call required
- Procedures to include:
- Biopsies, skin exams, cryotherapy
- Excision of benign/malignant lesions
- Acne, psoriasis, eczema, rosacea management
- Skin cancer screening
- Medical Dermatology, phototherapy, PDT (Photodynamic Therapy)
- Advanced biologics/injectables, cosmetic dermatology, Botox/Dysport
- MOHS Surgery a plus (performed onsite)
- Own MOHS lab, narrowband UVB, lasers, and PDT capabilities
- Part-Time / Full-Time Schedule Options
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Eligible for MN state medical license
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited dermatology residency program
- Board certified or board eligible in Dermatology
- Must be willing to relocate to Minnesota
- Visa sponsorship available (H-1B / J-1)
- Minimum of 3 years experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Highly competitive base: $510,000–$550,000 with $15,000 annual retention bonus
- RVU production opportunity
- Relocation assistance
- Sign-on bonus: $200,000
