About Us: Our thriving, collaborative, patient-centered, and privately-owned dermatology clinic is seeking a board-certified dermatologist to join our highly productive group in Brentwood and Franklin, TN. Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and skilled physician to join our privately-owned dermatology practice in middle Tennessee. We are dedicated to providing top-tier dermatology services in a patient-centered, connected and compassionate manner.

Requirements:

  • Board certification in dermatology.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical dermatology.
  • Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Tennessee.
  • Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of an accredited dermatology residency program.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in performing medical dermatology procedures.
  • Ability to manage a full medical clinic efficiently and effectively.
  • Adherence to medical ethics and professional standards.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in dermatology.
  • Submission of letters of recommendation from peers or mentors in the field.

Skills:

  • Clinical Expertise: Proficiency in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer.
  • Procedural Skills: Experience with dermatological procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy.
  • Patient Care: Strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and support staff.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage a high patient volume while maintaining quality care in a timely manner.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other medical software, preferably ModMed.
