Position Overview
As Medical Director, you will provide clinical and administrative leadership, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and compassionate emergency care. • 12-hour clinical shifts with an equitable rotation of days, nights, and weekends

• Oversight of clinical performance, scheduling, recruiting, and quality initiatives

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Board certified in emergency medicine
• Prior leadership or director-level experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and operational excellence
