A growing, comprehensive medical center in the Phoenix, Arizona area is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to meet increasing patient demand. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-focused team in one of the fastest-growing metro areas in the country.
Position Highlights:
- 1099 pay structure
- Flexible 7 on / 7 off schedule – choose days or nights
- 9-bed Emergency Department across two convenient locations
- Low patient volume: ~18 patients per 24 hours (mid-20s during summer months)
- No board certification in Emergency Medicine required (Open to Family Medicine and Urgent Care physicians)
- Supportive clinical environment with strong team collaboration
