(Login for Information) has an excellent full-time opportunity for an emergency medicine (EM) physician to join our dynamic team at the largest emergency department (ED) in San Joaquin County, St. Joseph's Medical Center in Stockton, California. Stockton is located in the Central Valley less than an hour south of Sacramento and within a commutable distance to Napa, San Francisco, and Modesto. Stockton offers a variety of activities, including wineries, breweries, art classes, museums, and much more!

About St. Joseph's Medical Center Emergency Department

• Annual patient volume of 110,000
• 64 bed ED
• EMR: Cerner
• 80 hours of physician coverage
• 50 hours of APC coverage

Position Requirements

• Board prepared or board certified in emergency medicine through American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) or American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (AOBEM)
• Current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
• California medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date

Pay Structure

• W2 employee or 1099 independent contractor status
• Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $403,200 to $455,000 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives
• RVU pay and wellness bonus
• Attractive sign-on bonus
