HCA Florida Fort Walton–Destin Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine physician for an Associate Chief of Emergency Medicine leadership opportunity. This role is ideal for a physician ready to expand their clinical impact while developing leadership skills within a well-supported, high-acuity emergency department on Florida’s Emerald Coast.

Candidate Qualifications:
- Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine

Emergency Department & Hospital Details:
- 44-bed Emergency Department with fast track
- 8 hours of pediatric ER coverage daily
- Approximately 55,000 annual ED visits
- 309-bed Level II Trauma Center
- Medical ICU: 33 beds plus 8 CVICU beds
- Critical care sub-specialty support
- Certified Primary Stroke Center
- Accredited Chest Pain Center
- Advanced technology including stealth navigation, O-arm imaging, and Mazor spine robot
- Internal Medicine residency program
- 3rd and 4th year D.O. students from Auburn University’s VCOM
- Affiliated freestanding EDs: Destin Emergency & Navarre Emergency
