COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Emergency Medicine (EM)
ABOUT DELTA PHYSICIAN PLACEMENT
Delta Physician Placement (DPP), the permanent staffing division of (Login for Information), identifies qualified physicians, advanced practitioners, allied health, and therapists on behalf of healthcare facilities nationwide. A single point of contact provides direct knowledge of the industry to healthcare providers and facilities. - Work as an Emergency Medicine 1099 Contractor
- Competitive Salary for a low patient volume
- Housing accommodations when the physicians stays in town
- Malpractice is covered by the Hospital
- 12,000 patients a year = 33 patients a day for the entire staff
- Work 14 x 12-hour shifts a month (6 am - 6 pm & 6 pm - 6 am)
- Staff: 6 EM Doctors; Physician Assistant & Nurse Practitioners scheduled for evening and weekend support
- No Cath Lab; Tele-stroke with remote Neurology support (24/7)
- No On-call
- Emergency Medicine trained Physician; Open to PGY-3 Residents
- ABEM Certified or working towards Board Certification
- Not able to consider visa candidates at this time
- EMR System is Cerner
- Family-friendly Living - 3 hours from Salt Lake City, Utah
- Per Neighborhoodscout.com, this location is rate a 92 for crime (a 100 is safest)
- Per Bestplaces.net - several schools rate a 9 or a 10
- Cost of Living is 10% less than the US average
