A health system operates multiple emergency departments across four campus locations requiring locum tenens coverage. The facilities maintain standard emergency department resources and appropriate staffing levels to support quality emergency medical care delivery. The emergency departments are equipped with modern emergency medical equipment and support systems to handle patient presentations across all campus locations.

Visitors can explore cultural institutions and recreational activities at locations such as parks and entertainment venues, or experience attractions including various theme parks. The state also features historical sites, resort destinations, and numerous recreational facilities that cater to different interests throughout the region.

The emergency medicine physician will provide comprehensive emergency medical care during 12-hour day and night shifts across 4 campus locations. The clinician will manage approximately 20 shifts per month with no call requirements while working in an emergency department setting. Board certification in Emergency Medicine is mandatory along with prescriptive authority to ensure quality patient care delivery. The position involves evaluating and treating diverse emergency presentations, coordinating care with nursing staff and support personnel, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records during all assigned shifts.
