Job Description
- An emergency medicine physician is needed to become an independent contractor with a partnership track
- All are BC EM and EM trained
- The group staffs four facilities and you would rotate through them
- Two of the four are free standing and EMR is EPIC
- Volumes range from 12K-50K
- There are three partnership track options – all are 1099 with medical malpractice covered and include $40K signing/starting bonus from the hospital
- The three options for pay are 1) $200/hour for 3060 hours then 100% profit sharing; 2) $235/hour for 3060 hours but profit sharing 33%/66% in years 3/4; $265/hour for 6120 hours then 100% profit sharing.
- Average partner hourly (some RVU component and nocturnist differential) has been $360-$440/hour
- The area is a progressive, active Big Ten University community with a great mix of shops, restaurants and entertainment.
