- Critical access hospital with 5,500 annual patient volume
- Open to EM trained physicians or FM physicians with EM experience
- 1099 independent contractor position with malpractice/tail coverage
- Provider lounge with sleeping and shower facilities
- No OB and unstable or critical patients are transferred out
- Light inpatient coverage on weekends and holidays
- Eastern Iowa located an hour from Cedar Rapids or 2.5 hours to west Chicago suburbs
